In today’s hectic pace and uncertainty we are busy trying to keep our heads above water. Trying to create sense, balance and even purpose in our lives. You may feel that your life may be spinning out of control/out of focus? Almost everyone you talk with are feeling the same thing. However we are all stuck or it seems that way.
Everyone is always complaining about the weather, but there is nothing we can do about it (unless you move to a better climate).
However, unlike the weather we can do something about the live we are living, we can make changes, we can get our power and focus back in perspective.
The more you say “I can’t” the more defeated you become.

Mindfulness can be defined in several ways. For instance: complete awareness, being alert/attentive, focusing on the here and now, observing without judgement and complete awareness of the present situation. I believe we are, by nature, all mindful, but daily life can distract us.
